The 56-unit resident-owned community includes a variety of one and two bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 840 to 1237 square feet. (Actual dimensions may vary.)

Apartment homes feature an eat-in kitchen with 21-cubic foot refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and self-cleaning oven. All appliances are maintained by the co-op. Each home includes a balcony, cable TV, laundry room with washers & dryers, and generous storage.

To become a member of Gramercy Park Cooperative of Plymouth, you make a down payment (the share price), and as a member you pay a monthly fee.

Each unit includes 1 parking stall and 1 storage room in the heated garage. Additional storage is available (on the living levels) for a small fee.

Your share price appreciates annually by 1% of the initial value of each unit (which was based on the construction cost of the unit plus a portion of the common areas). Should you sell your unit, you receive your entire down payment + accumulated appreciation (less any transfer costs. - cleaning etc.)

               Monthly fees pay all common expenses including:

Mortgage	Lawn care and snow removal
Property Insurance	Cable TV - Security System
Property Tax	Common utilities*
Management	Trash removal / Recycling
Reserves	Fire detection / suppression
Building maintenance	Water softening and heating

Approximately 54% of your monthly fees are mortgage interest and      property tax, which are deductible on your income tax.

*You pay your own unit's utilities (HVAC cost & consumption, electricity, phone & internet)
