Each unit includes 1 parking stall and 1 storage room in the heated garage. Additional storage is available (on the living levels) for a fee.
Your share price (down payment) appreciates 5% annually. Should you sell your unit, you receive your entire down payment + accumulated appreciation (less any transfer costs. - cleaning etc.)
