Gramercy Park Cooperative combines the advantages of home ownership
with the conveniences of community living for active adults age 55 & up.
You'll find everything you want in a home and more. Neighborly get-togethers
are an everyday occurrence and the whole environment is maintenance-free.
It is, quite simply, a better place to live.
Amenities include The Gramercy room for social activities, guest suite,
craft room, fitness center, library/computer center, underground heated
parking, workshop, outdoor deck with grills and garden plots.

makes Our Gramercy Unique?
Our beautiful setting, wooded vistas, wetlands, walking paths, and an
internal culture of caring and sharing.
What is a Cooperative?
A cooperative is member owned, self governed housing that allows for
the same tax benefits as home ownership.
Some Cooperatives are described as Limited Equity, and others are described
as Market Rate. What's the difference?
Limited Equity means that all members contribute to a single mortgage,
rather than having to provide for their own individual mortgages. Gramercy
of Plymouth is a Limited Equity Cooperative.
What are the advantages of Limited Equity?
Limited Equity nurtures a culture of openness and cooperation since
there is full financial disclosure of all down payments and monthly costs.
What Transportation options are available?
Plymouth is favored with a number of public transportation services,
including metro bus service that stops on our street.
What are the Laundry facilities?
Your unit has its own individual laundry (unlike some cooperatives that
have common laundry facilities).
 Do
you have accommodations for large Gatherings?
You can reserve the spacious common room (with full kitchen and large
deck) at no cost.
Do you have accommodations for Guests?
You can reserve our lovely, smoke-free guest suite (up to 4 guests)
for a fee.
 What
are the Parking facilities?
There is 1 parking space provided per unit at no cost in the heated,
underground garage.
How are newspapers delivered?
If you are a subscriber to the Star Tribune, your paper is delivered
to your door.
What does the Monthly Fee cover?
Your monthly fee pays for the mortgage, insurance, taxes, administration
and maintenance, reserves, common utilities, and cable TV.
What additional Expenses do I have?
You do pay for your own utilities: gas, electricity and telephone.
What contributes to the Cooperative's Security?
It is a combination of our members' vigilance and awareness, secure
entry, and our video surveillance system which allows members to view
building entrances on their own TV (channel 6).
